ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our products and services, Rackz does not offer refunds, exchanges, returns, cancellations, or any form of monetary reimbursement once a purchase transaction has been completed and payment processed.

Account suspension or permanent ban from all Rackz platforms, servers, and communities
Software deactivation and revocation of all access privileges
Reversal of all software modifications and restoration to original state
Data removal from our systems and servers
Blacklisting from future purchases or services
Legal action to recover damages and costs

WAIVER OF DISPUTE RIGHTS: By purchasing from Rackz, you expressly waive your right to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with payment processors for any reason other than unauthorized use of your payment method by third parties.

3. Customer Acknowledgments and Responsibilities

Before completing any purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have thoroughly reviewed all product descriptions, specifications, system requirements, and compatibility information
