If you initiate a dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to revoke access to all current and future digital products, regardless of the dispute outcome.
Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized use of payment methods may result in permanent bans and possible legal action.
By completing a purchase, you certify that you are the rightful owner of the funds used and that this transaction is authorized and legal.
You must use a legitimate receipt tied to your own purchase to claim access to any product or support.
Attempting to use someone else's receipt will result in permanent access termination and a ban from future purchases.
Redistribution, reproduction, uploading, sharing, or reselling of our digital products without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
This includes sharing via file-sharing platforms, Discord servers, social media, websites, or private messages.
Violators will be permanently banned and may face legal action, including but not limited to civil claims for damages.
If we find that you are, or were, part of a leaking group, community, or server known for unauthorized sharing, you will be denied access with no refund.
Our anti-piracy policy applies retroactively and prospectively, and there are no exceptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rackz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of our products or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rackz and supersede all prior communications and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding our products and services.
